Littlepiggy.com will gladly exchange or refund any non-sale item within 30 days
of purchase. If you would like to return the product or exchange the product for
other merchandise, simply follow the steps below to return the item and place a
new order on the site for what you'd like instead.
Step 1: Email us if you are interested in returning
or exchanging merchandise.
Step 2: We will provide you with a
Return Authorization number to write on the outside of the box.
Returned packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refunds will be processed when the item(s) are received back at littlepiggy.com.
Refunds will be given for the price indicated on your original order. Note that
it may take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to complete the processing of returns (i.e.
you send us back the package, we credit your card, your credit card company reflects
your credit, etc.).
NOTE: When shipping product back to This Little Piggy Wears Cotton, customers should
choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the
item for full value should anything happen during shipping.
If you didn't actually make the purchase (say, you received a gift) and would like
to return it, we'll issue you a littlepiggy.com credit toward your next visit with
us.
In the event of special promotions or discounts, littlepiggy.com reserves the right
to apply additional rules. Those rules will be posted on the relevant promotions
pages at the time the offer is valid.
Please note that sales of items marked with sale prices are final, and such items
may not be returned.

Gift returns will be refunded via littlepiggy.com credit to the gift recipient.
Please allow 21 business days from the day you return your package for your exchange
to be processed.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item
sent is defective. Note that your return shipping charges are reimbursed if the
item is being returned as a result of our error.
Please ship the product back to us via UPS, Fedex, or US Postal Service, and we
STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment
is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received
back in our warehouse. We'll send you an e-mail when we receive the package. If
you're returning a gift, we'll e-mail you with a coupon code for your on-line credit.
For your convenience we offer GROUND,
FAST, and FASTER shipping on orders
shipped within the continental U.S.
GROUND is our standard 4-7 Business day shipping
through United Parcel Service (UPS). APO, FPO, and PO Boxes will be shipped via
US Postal Service. P.O. Box delivery will take 4-7 business days LONGER to be received,
depending on delivery location.
FAST is our UPS Expedited 3 business day service.
On occasion, in very rural areas this service is NOT available. In such cases please
allow 4 business days for delivery. Add $12.00 to the cost for Ground
FASTER is our Express 2 business day service.
On occasion, in very rural areas this service is NOT available. In such cases please
allow 3 business days for delivery. Add $15.00 to the cost for Ground
UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO, P.O.Boxes or anywhere outside the continental U.S.
Note: PO Box, APO, FPO are shipped via USPS, therefore, packages will be delayed
an additional 2-3 days for shipping.
International orders may take 7-21 days to fulfill deliveries. Shipping charges
are based on the weight and size of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination. International
orders cannot be shipped to a separate address and must be shipped to the verifiable
billing address on file with the credit card company. BILL TO AND SHIP TO ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Returns and exchanges are
not permitted on International orders.
International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These
charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional
cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped
to.
